A successful 10 year run as a writer/photographer in the media business was the start of Will's working career. 

While you probably don't know it, third-party Quality Auditors are a critical element to customers being able to consistently buy great products and services. Will is currently enjoying the adventure of performing ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949-certified audits in multiple areas of industry, but focused on automotive.

Will is an accomplished author of books, online and print stories and more. His latest book, Frozens Melting, addresses the serious issue of how a small percentage of middle managers are destroying organizational trust: a key component to attaining, and sustaining, success. 

Success in the world revolves around understanding what is 'desirable'--but many organizations act like they know the answer to the 'desirability' question before it is asked. Will loves seeking understanding of what is desirable then using that knowledge to drive meaningful work.
