Will is an accomplished author of books, online and print stories and more. His latest book, Frozens Melting, addresses the serious issue of how a small percentage of middle managers are destroying organizational trust: a key component to attaining, and sustaining, success. 

Success in the world revolves around understanding what is 'desirable'--but many organizations act like they know the answer to the 'desirability' question before it is asked. Will has pioneered a breakthrough research method to understand what is desirable and has successfully applied it to over 100 challenges on product, process and organizational culture.
